Women are essential to a strong church. The scripture is full of examples of how God used women in ministry. God chose a group of women to support Jesus as he died on the cross. God also used a group of women to go to the tomb to anoint the body of Jesus after His death. He then used this same group to tell the disciples the news of the resurrection. He also used women to faithfully serve in the early church in partnership with the apostles and elders. The Women’s Ministry of Curtis is designed to help women grow deeper in their love of Jesus, to grow deeper in their knowledge of the Bible, and to get connected with one another in community with the ultimate goal of creating disciples of Jesus who make other disciples.
Women’s Bible Studies & Life Groups
Bible Studies & Life Groups are designed to deepen your walk with Jesus Christ and develop the next generation of leaders. It’s not just a Bible study or a fellowship group, but a process that will challenge and stretch each woman in the areas of prayer, worship, praise, leadership, communication, family, and intimacy with God. Are you looking for a great way to build relationships with other women and grow deeper in your walk with Christ? Our Women’s Bible Studies & Life Groups are a great place to start!

Our Women’s events are great entry points into the church and help women get more connected. Many of our women’s events give women the encouragement and practical insights they need to succeed as Christian mothers, grandmothers, mentors, and as followers of Christ. Many of the events we attend are designed to be attractive to newer Christians and those who don’t yet know Christ, as well as mature Christians. We encourage women to use these events as an opportunity to invite friends, neighbors, co-workers, family members, or women from the community!
Women NEED to have fellowship with other women. Our goal is for you to leave our retreat feeling more motivated, encouraged, energized and equipped to accomplish the tasks God has given you. We often learn and discuss things like relationships with family members, relationships with friends, marriage, parenting, and much more.
