DESCRIPTION:Curtis Baptist School will be hosting a blood drive in partnership with Shepeard Community Blood Center on December 17! \n\nStudents (16 years* and older)\, parents\, staff\, and community members can donate. *If your child is 16 years old then a parent consent form is required – click HERE to print one out. You will bring the consent form with you to your donation.\nThe bloodmobile will be parked in the horseshoe from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. To sign up for a timeslot\, click HERE! You can also walk-in to the bloodmobile without an appointment.\nOn the day of your donation\, please complete your QUICKPASS health questionnaire. You will need to save the QR code given to you to present at the time of your donation.\nAnyone who donates will receive a free sweatshirt!
