Curtis Baptist School Blood Drive

Curtis Baptist School will be hosting a blood drive in partnership with Shepeard Community Blood Center on December 17!

• Students (16 years* and older), parents, staff, and community members can donate. *If your child is 16 years old then a parent consent form is required – click HERE to print one out. You will bring the consent form with you to your donation.
• The bloodmobile will be parked in the horseshoe from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. To sign up for a timeslot, click HERE! You can also walk-in to the bloodmobile without an appointment.
• On the day of your donation, please complete your QUICKPASS health questionnaire. You will need to save the QR code given to you to present at the time of your donation.
• Anyone who donates will receive a free sweatshirt!
